Lotte World Theme Park

Following the success of the Lotte World theme park in Seoul, Korea the Lotte Corporation explored the possibility of constructing a second indoor theme park in Tokyo in close proximity to Disney Tokyo.

Working with the Japanese media company Dentsu, we prepared a concept master plan for the development of a new indoor theme park located in the metropolitan Tokyo area. The park will be located completely within an enclosed 20-acre dome on four different levels, offering attendees six different land environments. These environments will include the Bazaar’s of the World, Winter Wonderland, the Underworld, a Jungle environment, Egypt, and Fantasy Land. The design utilized the client-provided ride/attraction program and concentrated on creating a distinct and unique area development within the dome environment.
